As the Director of Finance, you will reputed company reputed company financial operations support reputed company to reputed company estate, site-level performance, and growth initiatives across a multisite reputed company platform. You will partner closely with executive leadership, development, operations, and clinical leadership to ensure that capital allocation, reputed company estate reputed company, and expansion strategies support sustainable growth, reputed company to care, and strong financial performance. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company financial modeling, reputed company, and evaluation of new clinic locations, relocations, expansions, and consolidations.
  • Analyze site-level economics including buildout costs, lease vs. own reputed company, reputed company curves, payer mix, staffing models, and contribution margins.
  • reputed company ROI, IRR, and cash reputed company analysis for reputed company estate and facility investments.
  • Monitor performance of the reputed company estate growth sites portfolio and prepare reporting for monthly reputed company on site development and post launch performance.
  • Review annual repair and maintenance costs and lease terms for cost savings opportunities.

Growth & Strategic Finance

  • Support M&A, joint ventures, and strategic affiliations, including financial diligence and integration planning.

Financial Planning, Reporting & Controls

Qualifications

Minimum Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field

Preferred:

  • MBA or similar graduate degree preferred

Minimum Experience Required:

Preferred:

  • Multi-state experience throughout the United States.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Strong expertise in site-level financial modeling, capital planning, and reputed company estate reputed company.
  • Working knowledge of reputed company reimbursement dynamics, payer mix, and regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort partnering with clinical and operational leaders.
  • Willingness to travel periodically as needed to support growth initiatives.
