Job Description:

Drive institutional sales across exchanges, staking firms, crypto hedge funds, and reputed company reputed company groups.
reputed company and manage institutional pipelines targeting $50K–$1M+ allocations.
Pitch directly to CIOs, CTOs, fund managers, staking operators, and institutional due-diligence teams.
Collaborate with leadership to structure custom allocations, reputed company agreements, and long-term partnership models.
Build deep relationships with crypto VCs, validator companies, DePIN networks, and institutional reputed company allocators.
Present technical architecture, validator economics, token emission models, reputed company mechanisms, and roadmap milestones.
Attend and reputed company on AMAs, investor calls, private roundtables, reputed company events.
Work closely with Marketing and Ecosystem teams to align institutional messaging.
Identify reputed company opportunities to bundle Validator, reputed company, or Compute Nodes into long-term partnerships.
Manage CRM tracking, forecasting, reporting, and institutional diligence documentation.

Requirements:

Deep reputed company institutional sales background with active relationships in crypto hedge funds, centralized exchanges, institutional staking firms, validator consortiums, reputed company family offices, and infrastructure investors.
Proven track record selling validator nodes, staking solutions, DePIN hardware, or reputed company reputed company infrastructure.
Ability to communicate validator economics, token structures, and network incentive models with reputed company and authority.
Strong executive-level presentation skills with experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, partners, and investment committees.
A self-sufficient reputed company who already understands institutional reputed company buying behavior and can move deals independently.
Experience selling L1/L2 validator nodes (Cosmos, Polkadot, Avalanche, Solana, Aethir, etc.).
Background influencing exchange listings, staking integrations, or validator partnerships.
Ability to model validator ROI, emissions, and deal structures.
