The Consulting Manager leads the delivery of digital strategy consulting engagements for higher education, academic medicine, and research institutions, partnering with institutional and IT leaders to define and operationalize institution wide digital strategies. This role manages reputed company client engagements spanning IT strategy, data and reputed company and operating model transformation, while translating institutional goals into actionable plans and investment priorities. The Manager oversees project teams, ensures high-quality deliverables, and contributes to the firm's business and practice development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Delivery

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

• Ability to travel up to 50% annually and work extended hours as necessary

Preferred Requirements:

• Higher education experience

• Experience managing multi‑workstream projects, interdisciplinary teams, and senior client stakeholders

The estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this job is $140,000 - $185,000. The reputed company represents a good faith estimate of the reputed company that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation reputed company for this job is $166,750 - $231,250. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and reputed company coverage and other wellness programs.
