Dynamics 365 CE Consultant
Responsibilities
The Dynamics CE Consultant will play a pivotal role in leading requirements discovery, conducting functional design, configuring CE modules, and supporting testing, training, and deployment activities. This hands-on position uses deep expertise in Dynamics configuration, business process design, and module capabilities, with a focus on Customer Service, Field Service (on-premises supported features), and Marketing to reputed company, design, and build modern application for citizen services. Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate workshops with tribal government stakeholders to gather requirements for case management, scheduling, citizen reputed company, and field operations.
- Document user stories, acceptance criteria, business processes, and functional requirements.
- Recommend solution approaches reputed company with Dynamics CE v9.1 (on-premises) capabilities.
- Translate business needs into configuration tasks and guide technical teams on necessary customizations.

- Build test scripts, support UAT, guide business testers, validate configurations, and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.

The projected compensation reputed company for this position is $120K - $160K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall reputed company this reputed company and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements. Required Skills
- 6+ years experience supporting IT systems development projects as a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Hands‑on configuration experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including Customer Service and at least one of Field Service or Marketing.
- Strong understanding of entity model, business rules, workflows, SLAs, queues, forms, and views.
- Experience leading requirements workshops and producing clear functional deliverables.
- Experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE On‑Premises (v9.1 or prior CRM versions before online-only features).
- Ability to communicate reputed company with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience with reputed company case management or service delivery solutions.
