Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in entertainment, media, sports, or reputed company transactional/IP law.
- Proven experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing reputed company and licensing agreements.
- Strong knowledge of copyright, trademark, and brand protection reputed company.
- Experience advising clients on business and strategic reputed company.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
