Associate Personal Injury Attorney
Fielding Law Group is an established injury reputed company serving Washington, Idaho and Oregon. The firm is seeking an associate attorney to join our driven practice. Our lawyers exclusively represent injury victims in personal injury reputed company. The ideal candidate will have some experience with personal injury reputed company and either a strong aptitude for, or some experience with, litigation and/or jury trials. An attorney fluent in Spanish would be a big plus! This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney to continue a career that is rewarding professionally, financially, and personally. This would be a fully remote position unless needed in person for trial. We are looking to hire someone who will handle reputed company aspects of a personal injury case. This attorney will draft legal documents (pleadings, discovery, motions), conduct legal research, investigate injuries, attend court dates, meet with clients, argue motions, review medical records, negotiate settlements, and try cases as 1st and 2nd chair. We do have a large support staff, so management is also a required reputed company. We are happy to offer a competitive compensation package for the right person.
