We are actively seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney located reputed company in the United States with the following qualifications:

• 3-8 years of experience in litigation, preferably in an in-house setting.
• Experience analyzing claims to determine the validity and potential legal issues.

• Substantive experience conducting legal research to support litigation efforts.
• JD Degree from an accredited institution. Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reputed company

Support our online retail corporate client on the following:

• Review and respond to production claims promptly and accurately.
• Assist in developing strategies for resolving claims.
• Maintain and organize litigation files and documentation.
• Ensure reputed company documents reputed company to claims are accurately filed and easily accessible.
• Prepare and manage discovery documents, including responses and objections to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Communicate effectively with various departments to gather necessary information for litigated claims.
• Assist in preparing case strategies and preparations.
