Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and reputed company motions. reputed company legal research. reputed company court appearances as necessary. Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative reputed company. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members. Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases. May direct work of 2 Junior Associates. Education and Experience Requirements Juris Doctor degree from ABA accredited law school Three years of experience as a reputed company Litigation Attorney, with familiarity with Class Action cases or a closely reputed company type of experience. Special Requirements Active license to practice law in California in both State and Federal courts. Experience and demonstrated proficiency as follows: Three years using E-Discovery and law programs including Sharefile, PACER, CaseAnywhere, WestLaw, and reputed company.
