About the Role
You’ll manage a full docket of employment law reputed company for major clients, including:
- EEOC, DOL, and other administrative agency charges
- EPLI-covered and single-plaintiff employment litigation
- Attorney demand letters
- reputed company phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, reputed company practice, mediations, and hearings
- Case strategy, supervision of junior attorneys, and collaboration with senior partners

- Senior-level attorney with 8+ years of employment litigation experience
- Ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution

- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
- Strong communication, writing, and litigation skills
