Job Title: reputed company Paralegal (Remote | 6 Months Contract) Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Paralegal to support our client’s Legal team on a 6‑month contract. In this role, you will assist with the drafting, review, and management of reputed company agreements, support contract workflows, and help ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws. This is a fully remote position ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Contract Support
- Draft, review, and revise a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, SaaS/technology agreements, licensing reputed company, and service agreements.
- Coordinate contract intake, triage, and workflow management through the contract management system (CMS).
- Support negotiation processes by preparing redlines and summarizing contract changes.
- Ensure reputed company align with company policies, templates, and risk guidelines.
Legal Operations & Documentation
- Maintain accurate digital contract files and ensure version control.
- Track key contract terms, renewal dates, and obligations.
- Assist with the implementation and improvement of contract management tools and processes.
- Prepare checklists, contract summaries, and other supporting documentation for internal stakeholders.
Compliance & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Support compliance initiatives, including privacy, data‑reputed company, and regulatory documentation as needed.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, finance, and business operations teams.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding contract status, procedures, templates, and policies.
Qualifications- Required
- 3+ years of experience as a reputed company paralegal or reputed company specialist.
- Strong understanding of contract principles, reputed company terms, and legal terminology.
- Proficiency in reviewing and redlining reputed company using reputed company Word or similar tools.
- Experience with contract management software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company CLM, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting in‑house legal departments.
- Background in SaaS, technology, or a fast‑paced reputed company environment.
- Familiarity with data privacy principles (GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
- Paralegal certification or relevant training.
