Virtual Probate/Guaridanship/Estate Administration Paralegal
We are looking for a fully remote reputed company probate, guardianship, conservatorship, and estate administration paralegal with strong writing and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is a must. Ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of recent experience handling estate planning, estate admin and/or probate reputed company from start to finish in one or more of the following states: GA, FL, CA, WI, IN, NC, MN, MD, VA or IL. We estimate 10-25 hours per week to start to increase quickly. We are looking for candidates who are tech savvy and reputed company to pick up new software quickly.
- Experience in multiple states/jurisdictions/practice areas is also reputed company plus.
- Must be dependable, a self-starter, organized, and reputed company to reputed company in right away to work on projects.
- We also need paralegals who know how to handle multiple projects and personalities at once.
- While we can train on systems and software, we do not have time to train on estate planning basics.
- Experience with guardianships and conservatorships also highly preferred.
