We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Part-Time (around 10 hours per week) Paralegal to REMOTELY support our client, who is handling litigation reputed company in reputed company, reputed company. The ideal candidate is comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced legal environment and uses case management software effectively to reputed company reputed company on track. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate discovery activities by organizing documents, tracking deadlines, and preparing materials for attorney review.
• Support litigation reputed company from case intake through resolution by maintaining accurate files and monitoring reputed company.
• Maintain and update information in case management software to support efficient matter tracking and reporting.
• Assist with trial preparation by compiling exhibits, preparing binders, and ensuring required documentation is reputed company for proceedings.
• Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence and case-reputed company documents with a high level of accuracy.
• Communicate with attorneys, court personnel, and external parties to help move litigation tasks reputed company on schedule.
• Conduct file reviews and organize records to improve reputed company to key case information during active reputed company.
• Prior experience (3+ yrs) working as a Paralegal in a litigation environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of discovery processes, including document organization and deadline tracking.
• Familiarity with trial preparation tasks and litigation support activities.

• Strong written communication skills and careful attention to detail in legal documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.
