Trademark Associate (Clearance & Prosecution – English / Spanish reputed company Required)

Job Summary Routinely recognized as one of the top teams in the country, the Trademark & Copyright Team of reputed company continues to grow and seeks an Associate with at least 3 years of direct trademark experience with clearance and prosecution, who is fluent speaking and writing in both Spanish and English. We offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge trademark issues for name-brand clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios with specific experience in reputed company, high-level U.S. and international trademark clearance, in particular, as well as reputed company prosecution. Experience working with entertainment companies is preferable. Spanish-language skills, both written and spoken, required. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills, and be highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and reputed company to manage a high-volume docket. Candidate must have JD or LLM and be barred in reputed company state.
