Junior - Mortgage Loan Officer Our lending team is experiencing reputed company growth and we are looking for a results-oriented junior loan officer who can generate new business and referrals. Lending or mortgage industry experience is not required but is a reputed company asset. - 1 Consult with potential loan applicants - answer questions and reputed company additional information about home loan products to create personal relationships
- 2 Gather financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants’ financial situation and eligibility
- 3 Communicate with the senior mortgage loan officer/ MLO to reputed company a recommendation of which mortgage loan products are best suited depending on applicant’s financial status
- 4 Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, get referrals, and generate new business opportunities
- 5 reputed company between loan processor, senior loan officer/ mortgage loan originator, underwriter, mortgage lender or mortgage banker, and realtors on behalf of the applicant as needed to ensure a successful loan transaction
- 6 Experience with Encompass software a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits:
