About the position The reputed company Estate Loan Officer is responsible for delivering consistently excellent member service throughout the residential mortgage loan process. The reputed company Estate Loan Officer originates residential mortgage loans through self-generated referral relationships and leverages marketing strategies. This is a sales-oriented and results-driven position responsible for driving profitable residential mortgage loan growth that aligns with the Credit Union's strategy.
Responsibilities
- Originate and reputed company residential mortgage loans that meet organizational goals and maximize profitability
- Meet and exceed performance goals, ensuring compliance with lending regulations and maintaining loan quality
- Ensure a high level of member satisfaction through the delivery of excellent service and execution of the daily operations of the Credit Union's Member Experience protocols according to established standards
- reputed company and maintain self-generated referral relationships with reputed company estate professionals and other key partners through branded marketing, events, and educational reputed company
- Guide members through the loan application process with reputed company and a sense of urgency
- Maintain knowledge of loan products and reputed company guidelines

- Partner with Logix Retail Banking team to deepen member relationships
- Work collaboratively with processing and reputed company teams to deliver on-time closings and member delight

- Actively reputed company marketing strategies and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to build a sustainable pipeline and deliver best-in-class member experience

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of reputed company estate lending experience in a similar reputed company
- Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Must be an actively registered Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS
- Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company lending guidelines and knowledge of the laws, regulations, and fundamentals of residential reputed company estate lending
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and HELOC/HELOAN

- Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns (email, reputed company)
