Job Summary Review workers compensation applications for insurance and evaluate applications to determine whether to accept or decline coverage based on established reputed company guidelines. Determine the level of coverage to be offered and appropriate pricing based on the exposures presented and individual risk characteristics. Assess excessive risks and determine value of policy to ensure safe and profitable distribution of risks. Become familiar with various reputed company insurance applications and industry terminology. This is a career level position. Position Responsibilities
- Adhere to reputed company guidelines and execute reputed company and pricing strategies to maintain profitability goals. Use level of authority to accept, reject, or mitigate risk for applications.
- Approve or decline insurance applications reputed company certain limits and issue coverage and prepare referral submission for risks exceeding individual authority.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of workers compensation reputed company or reputed company insurance experience required
- CPCU, CIC, CRIS, Property & Casualty Brokers License, etc. a plus
- Strong customer service experience
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and ability to quickly learn industry-specific software
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
