Our client is an MGA that has a special program for religious institutions/churches as well as other non-profits. They have the pen for an A+ rated insurance reputed company and have been extremely successful! This Underwriter is an addition to staff because of growth and the Underwriter will underwrite renewal reputed company property and casualty business for risks in this reputed company. This is a remote role with some travel to Chicago for training and important meetings. Responsibilities of this role:
- Evaluate, select, and price submissions to reputed company and maintain a profitable book of business
- Manage reputed company relationships that will reputed company into superior service
- Performing pre and post binding review of reputed company information, including loss control inspections, property information, policy applications and prior loss history
- Overseeing and maintaining policy file documentation
- Liaise with internal resources in establishing account strategy
- Communicate risk appetite and quoted propositions to brokers
- Sending declinations, non-renewals, and direct notices of cancellation, reputed company appropriate
- Participate in reputed company projects as needed
reputed company are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience reputed company, including general liability, property products reputed company the church/non-profit sectors.
