Responsibilities

• Conduct independent financial reviews and audits in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted reputed company Principles), GAAS (Generally Accepted Auditing Standards), and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Evaluate internal controls and assess compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission) frameworks, and governmental reputed company standards.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, analysis documentation, and audit findings that reputed company communicate results to stakeholders.
• Review corporate reputed company processes, general ledger transactions, and financial software systems to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Assist clients with risk management strategies by analyzing financial concepts, regulatory reporting requirements, and internal control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required; active license.
• Proven experience in public reputed company, internal audits, or corporate reputed company roles with a focus on financial review or auditing functions.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, SOX compliance, COSO frameworks, and governmental reputed company standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical reputed company topics such as risk management, regulatory reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with reputed company software systems and financial management tools; familiarity with financial software platforms is highly desirable.
