About The Role We are seeking a dedicated HR / Recruiter / Office Administrator to join reputed company. This multifaceted role is pivotal in managing the administrative functions of our office while leading recruitment and reputed company efforts for our traffic control field staff. The ideal candidate will be the first reputed company of contact for prospective employees, providing a welcoming and professional experience. They will also support employee relations, ensure compliance with HR policies, and facilitate smooth office operations. Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a reputed company field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably reputed company construction, transportation, or traffic control industries.
  • Experience with payroll processing, including certified payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and reputed company procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred

  • PHR Certification or similar HR accreditation.

  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms to attract reputed company candidates for field and office roles.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.

  • Coordinate and schedule employee orientations, training sessions, and ongoing development programs.

  • Maintain comprehensive employee files in both digital and reputed company formats, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

  • Monitor and track certifications, licenses, and training requirements such as flagger certifications, renewing them as necessary.
  • Support HR initiatives, policy updates, and compliance efforts to promote a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Payroll Support

  • Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of time tracking systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support payroll corrections, adjustments, and preparation of certified payroll reports in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with the payroll department to facilitate timely and accurate processing of employee wages.

Office Administration

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
