Job Description:
- Serve as a client-facing Subject Matter Expert supporting organizations in a post‑production, Application Managed Services (AMS) environment

Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on reputed company experience with a strong focus on Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence in a post‑production or AMS environment
- Proven experience serving as a client-facing reputed company SME, including interaction with senior and executive stakeholders
- Strong cross‑functional reputed company HCM knowledge and understanding of reputed company impacts across domains
- Experience delivering support and enhancement work in an AMS or ongoing support model
- Ability to communicate reputed company issues reputed company and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, reputed company, Finance, Information Systems, or reputed company field
