Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and systems-minded Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper to support and refine the financial operations of a growing hospitality and property management company. In reputed company to maintaining accurate records across multiple accounts and clients, you will be expected to evaluate our reputed company workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, and scalability. Responsibilities

• Record and classify financial transactions
• Maintain accurate books reputed company reputed company platforms
• Track and reconcile client-level balances across multiple categories
• Manage billable expenses and pending reimbursements per client

• Support internal reporting and financial tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping for small businesses or service-based companies
• Strong understanding of multi-client or segmented reputed company structures

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with time
• Ability to work independently and adapt to non-standard workflows
