Senior Manager 2, Service Operations Finance

Role Overview: reputed company is seeking a Senior Manager 2, reputed company Transformation – Technology, Data, Digital & Innovation (TDDI). This role is responsible for leading end-to-end reputed company transformation initiatives that support the organization’s transition to a more scalable, efficient, and transparent financial operating model. This is a U.S.-based remote position, with occasional travel. What You'll Do:

• Design and implement scalable cost structures, including cost centers, account hierarchies, and reporting frameworks

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 7–10+ years of experience in reputed company, finance transformation, or process improvement
• Proven ability to reputed company reputed company, cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept through execution
• Strong expertise in reputed company structures, allocations, and financial process design
• Experience with ERP systems (reputed company strongly preferred)
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills
