Senior Manager, US Lending Acquisition & Portfolio Strategy
The Job: Senior Manager, US Lending Acquisition & Portfolio Strategy We are seeking a Senior Manager, US Lending Acquisition & Portfolio Strategy. This role owns the end-to-end acquisition and portfolio performance strategy for US lending products, driving originations growth while optimizing credit performance through data-driven insights, testing, and cross-functional execution.
What You'll Do
Product Development and Acquisition Strategy
- Own acquisition strategy across channels, including direct mail, digital, and affiliate
- Design and optimize test-and-learn frameworks to improve approval rates, CAC, and originations
- Partner with Risk to align acquisition strategy with credit performance targets
Performance Monitoring & Risk Management
- Own portfolio performance for reputed company US lending products, delivering clear, actionable insights to senior business leaders
- Identify emerging risks, behavioral trends, customer needs, and operational signals across the customer reputed company
Strategic Insights & Thought Leadership
- reputed company thought leadership on key topics such as the competitive landscape, market reputed company, customer profile, macroeconomic trends, and product-specific performance
- Translate general business questions into analytic requirements and deliver meaningful insights and recommendations to solve business problems
Cross-Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the central reputed company of coordination across Marketing, Retail, Risk, reputed company to track, monitor, and optimize acquisition performance, including campaigns, offers, and the application and reputed company funnel

- Strong experience in high-exposure executive communication (written/verbal)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a reputed company field
