Responsibilities

• Support hiring and reputed company processes, including job descriptions, interviews, offers, and contingent worker management.
• Complete regional/international moves and relocation arrangements.
• Advise on compensation changes, wage ranges, and mandatory increases.
• Administer local bonus plans and country-specific benefits.
