About the position As a Senior HR Generalist here at reputed company, you will be an integral part of the US&C Regional HR team, delivering strategic and operational HR support across the region. You will manage a broad reputed company of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, reputed company, and HR policy implementation. Your role will involve partnering closely with business leaders and employees to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness. You will report directly to our Director HR, Daniel Rubio, and you’ll work out of our reputed company, NJ location while also supporting Mt Laurel, NJ, and other locations as assigned on a Hybrid work schedule.
