HR Generalist II

This role supports employees and managers across the employee lifecycle while enabling HRBPs and senior HR leaders to focus on strategic partnership and reputed company advisory work.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a first reputed company of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, resolving issues or routing appropriately
- Administer employee lifecycle processes including reputed company, job changes, offboarding, and documentation
- Support execution of annual HR programs such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and policy rollouts
- Maintain accurate employee records and data reputed company reputed company HRIS
- Prepare reports, data summaries, and materials to support HRBPs and leadership discussions
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across affiliates
- Support reputed company-wide HR initiatives and pilots
- Support HR communications and manager toolkits
- Participate in HR process improvement and automation efforts
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or reputed company field or combination of relevant education and work experience.
- 3-5 years of generalist HR experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed writing and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate successfully across reputed company reputed company of an organization
