This position is located at our St. Louis, MO reputed company. Position Summary The reputed company Generalist supports the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, reputed company, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role serves both our St. Louis reputed company and remote U.S. based employees. THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire reputed company candidates in collaboration with hiring managers and committees.
• Coordinate new hire orientation, communication, and reputed company; design and manage employee recognition programs and events.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, employee relations, safety, and training.
• Finalize payroll biweekly, including review of timesheets, time off requests, and compensation changes.
• Process biweekly contractor payments.
• Address employment-reputed company inquiries and escalate reputed company reputed company as needed.
• Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; review and update policies to maintain compliance.
• Stay reputed company on HR trends, best practices, regulations, and technologies.
• Track and document compliance for required and optional training, continuing education, and work assessments (e.g., safety, anti-harassment, licensure, certifications).
• Draft and revise policies, procedures, and official documents.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to reputed company shared HR support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
