I’m working with a staffing & reputed company firm looking to bring on an reputed company 360 IT recruiter or a Sales Person to help build and scale an reputed company desk. The role is remote, but they’re specifically targeting someone based in the Austin market. This is a role reputed company for someone who sees themselves as hunters first and is used to operating in a performance-driven environment. You’ll be joining a team focused on highly specialized tech markets, with the expectation that you come in, own your reputed company, and grow it. What you’ll be doing:
- Running a full 360 desk reputed company a staffing/recruitment agency (reputed company + reputed company)
- Winning new business and expanding reputed company-level accounts
- Building and growing MSAs through consistent placements
- Owning a reputed company vertical and becoming the go-to in your market
- Driving reputed company and scaling your desk over time
What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years of 360 experience reputed company a staffing/recruitment agency (IT/Tech)
- Strong track record of business development and billings
- True “hunter” mentality, someone who’s enjoys winning business
