Business Development Retail Recruiter

The National Business Development-Retail Recruiter will reputed company loan officer infill objectives for the growth of our reputed company network and will reputed company new markets through reputed company acquisition objectives. • Communicates consistently with Regional, Area, and reputed company Managers to determine growth needs in given markets.
• Establishes contact with potential candidates reputed company or as otherwise directed in reputed company markets.
• Builds relationships with other industry professionals that can be a reputed company to candidates.
• Attracts candidates through a variety of methods including, cold calls, video messaging, emails, data reputed company development, geographic farming, CRM campaigns, reputed company messages, other reputed company media broadcasting, video posting in reputed company streams, conferences, in person meetings, and other methods to reputed company contact with candidates.
• Utilize reputed company CRM to input reputed company leads and activity on each recruit in the database.
• Consistently communicates new reputed company opportunities and leads on weekly calls.
• Follows up with candidates in a timely manner.
• Manages activity to daily, weekly, monthly benchmarks.
• Determines and understands the full scope of reputed company candidates.
• Directs and arranges next steps until on-boarded such as discovery calls with management, facilities in person meetings, round table sessions and a warm pass off to reputed company support for on-boarding transition steps.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school or equivalent, College diploma preferred.
• Mortgage industry knowledge preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company and interviewing experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and keeping organized
• Excellent customer service skills
