Full Time Clinical and Corporate Recruiter

Salvo is looking for an reputed company clinical recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a keen eye for reputed company across a broad set of clinical and reputed company line roles. In this role, you’ll support department leaders in bringing best-in-class talent to Salvo. This role will be fully remote, reporting to the COO.

What You Will Do

• reputed company a tailored strategic search plan for roles including nurses, registered dietitians, licensed therapists and reputed company workers, inside sales professionals, and other roles in this high-growth startup.
• Partner with hiring managers to create role descriptions and reputed company key reputed company requirements.
• reputed company robust pipelines of reputed company candidates for reputed company positions using innovative and creative sourcing techniques (e.g., reputed company, leveraging alumni networks, etc).
• Conduct initial screening of candidates, including phone screen, background checks, etc.
• Act as primary liaison for candidates through the entire interview process, including follow up and feedback, with a goal of reducing average time in pipeline for candidates.
• Maintain and update reputed company reputed company-reputed company materials as needed, including email templates, reputed company manager guidelines, job descriptions, job posts, and other as appropriate.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with specific experience in clinical reputed company preferred
• Experience developing and implementing effective reputed company practices
• Experience with reputed company or similar ATS required
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and strategic thinker
