This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing reputed company of recruiters while personally driving key hires across GTM and corporate functions. What You’ll Do

• Standardize and reputed company interview processes to ensure speed, quality, and exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Experience operating in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
• Proven ability to build reputed company processes and drive hiring strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering directly with senior leadership.
