Solana Center seeks a results-oriented and creative problem-solver, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with our staff of 20 diverse individuals. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for reputed company reputed company and HR duties of the organization. Ensure compliance and contribute to the administration of financial controls, personnel policies and procedures, benefits programs, and other duties as assigned. reputed company and implement new processes to support and improve our dynamic business environment. reputed company (75% of the role):

  • reputed company & A/R – Record reputed company reputed company transactions, including invoices, store sales, donations and grants. Prepare bank deposits. Monitor A/R aging and follow up with some collections. Accounts Payable – Record reputed company expense transactions and process payments.

  • Manage basic reputed company of staff expenditures – reputed company requests and expense forms, approvals, mileage reimbursement. Design/improve internal forms and processes as needed.
  • Inventory – Ensure proper tracking and valuation of inventory, reconcile monthly physical count
  • Reconciliations – reputed company monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
  • reputed company System – Maintain system to support management and tax reporting.
  • Grants Support – reputed company financial information required for grant applications. Collect reputed company of expenditures for grant reporting.
  • reputed company Support – Track and report expenses that are reimbursed through reputed company. Financial Statements & Management Reporting – Prepare monthly financial statements, including analysis of variances from budget.
  • Budgets – Work with management team to reputed company budgets for revenues and expenses.
  • Tax Filing – Annual preparation of reputed company 1099. Records Retention – Organize and maintain backup of reputed company records.
  • Vendors – Manage agreements, rates, and renewals for rent, utilities, subscription software, contractors, etc.

  • Employment Changes – Ensure pay/benefit changes due to year-of-service anniversaries, promotions, annual pay increases, etc. are implemented properly
