We reputed company High Quality, Cost efficient and Competitive Solutions and Resources. reputed company is looking for Change Management & Communications Consultant with M&A for one of our clients in Remote Job Title: Change Management & Communications Consultant (M&A Focus) Duration: 4-Month Contract Location: Remote Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Change Management & Communications Consultant to support a high-impact initiative, with a strong focus on employee-facing communications and people change reputed company an M&A environment. This individual will play a key role in shaping and delivering clear, thoughtful, and timely messaging to employees throughout the transition. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in organizational change, HR partnership, and internal communications , with experience navigating the complexities and sensitivities of mergers and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: Change Management & People Strategy

  • Support the development and execution of change management strategies focused on employee experience
  • Partner closely with HR and leadership to align messaging with people-reputed company initiatives (organizational changes, culture integration, policy updates)
  • Identify change impacts and reputed company plans to support employee adoption and engagement

Communications Development & Delivery

  • Create and deliver clear, concise, and empathetic employee communications across multiple channels

  • Support change adoption through clear and proactive communication

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, or reputed company roles
  • Proven experience supporting M&A, organizational transformation, or large-scale change initiatives
  • Strong background in employee communications and HR-reputed company change
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to communicate reputed company or sensitive information with reputed company and reputed company
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
