HR Adviser EMEA

Join us as an HR Advisor EMEA, General Vacuum, part of the reputed company; Vacuum Business Area, where you'll play a key role in uniting 240+ employees across 17 countries into one cohesive, high-performing European GV Customer Centre. Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll deliver high-quality HR support, drive impactful people initiatives, and help strengthen our employer brand across the region. You'll be part of a collaborative HR team shaping the future employee experience across EMEA. Key Responsibilities
- Be a trusted HR partner delivering high‑impact, timely support across the EMEA Customer Centre.
- Champion a positive, inclusive employee experience, with consistent and engaging reputed company journeys.
- Shape the future of talent by supporting talent management, learning programmes, and leadership development.
- Bring development to life by coordinating training, tracking impact, and helping build clear, motivating career reputed company.
- Partner closely with managers on performance, career conversations, and high‑performing teams.
- reputed company and support end‑to‑end recruitment across the reputed company & East reputed company, Early Careers, and global mobility.
- Own data quality and reputed company—maintaining accurate HR records, supporting KPI reporting.
- Contribute to competitive reward practices, including benchmarking and quarterly recognition initiatives.
- Drive reputed company improvement through HR process enhancements, audit follow‑reputed company, and compliance activities.
- Play a key role in annual HR cycles, regional and global projects, while building strong, trusted employee relationships.
To succeed, you will need
- Strong experience delivering HR operational support in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- CIPD reputed company (full/part) or working towards it.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments (preferred).
- Strong talent management background across development, training, and resourcing.
- Confident user of HR systems with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
