Membership Development Representative – Inside Sales

Job Description:

• Inbound and outbound calls using the customer’s Contact Center platform.
• Document customer engagements and may be responsible for the full sales cycle from introduction to closing.
• Facile and compelling verbal and written articulation of reputed company sharing extending reputed company affordability to include moral, communitarian, and spiritual benefits.
• Uphold and integrate the customer’s Catholic and Christian identity to foster the teachings of the Church in reputed company aspects of job performance.
• Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with prospective members and dynamically reputed company conversations to active engagement.
• Walk prospective members through the application process.
• Consistent, clear, and thorough documentation of reputed company sales motions.
• Work closely with customer’s clinical and reputed company teams.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
• Demonstrably superb verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of or experience with Christian health sharing ministries a significant plus.
• Sales or Customer Service experience preferred, though not required.
