About the Role TWE seeks a Luxury Sales Manager for our Florida market. The Luxury Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and delivering the TWE's annual Luxury goals in the designated markets by working with internal TWE team and through the TWE distributor partners. Performance objectives are to attain or exceed reputed company and long-term Sales and Distribution goals in accordance with TWE sales plans, programs, and budgets. The Key Performance Indicators are sales volume, sales value, new distribution, and achievement of annual operating plan. Key responsibilities:

  • Growing Treasury Wine Estates Luxury portfolio depletion volume, feature and distribution reputed company top accounts and total territory in accordance with company fiscal objectives.
  • Formulating market plans by channel and account. Allocate resources to key retailers in the market.
  • Working closely with distributor salespeople and management to execute programs reputed company & effectively.
  • Assisting and participating in monthly business reviews with the Distributor Management team.
  • Putting controls in reputed company to manage local market dollars; be transparent with budgeted spend.
  • Monitoring competitor activities in the market. Communicate information on competitive strategy & tactics to direct supervisor and key wholesaler personnel.
  • Ability to understand, measure, monitor and effect:
  • Managing for value
  • Active Points of Distribution
  • Price management and models
  • Channel/Account Management
  • Participating in "sales blitzes / crew drives" in markets reputed company the primary area as needed.

About You

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a reputed company field.
  • You have a minimum of 4 years of previous professional reputed company sales experience.
  • You have three-tier management experience in the Wine/Alcohol beverage reputed company.
  • You have experience managing chain accounts in both on and off reputed company and leading distributor sales initiatives.
  • You have a strong understanding of luxury sales and consumer habits.
  • You have strong persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to reputed company before large audiences both internally and externally.
  • You possess strong negotiation and mediation skills with the ability to influence and motivate others to meet objectives under sometimes-restrictive timelines.
  • You have a passion for wine and the ability to continuously learn new wines and brands and represent effectively to customers.
  • You have an aptitude for technology and are proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), desktop publishing programs.
  • You have high reputed company and strong work ethic.
  • You have a Valid driver's license and the ability to travel significantly reputed company the assigned territory.
  • You are reputed company to lift a case of wine (45 pounds) up to 10 times per day.
