Account Coordinator – Remote | Part-Time (20 hrs/week) Breezy Hill Marketing | $35/hour Breezy Hill Marketing is a Vermont-based B2B digital marketing agency serving clients in reputed company, SaaS, and professional services. We move fast, stay lean, and rely on smart systems — not headcount — to get things done. We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join reputed company in a part-time reputed company (20 hours/week) with room to grow.
What You'll Do
You'll sit in on client and internal calls alongside our Account Managers and own the follow-through. That means turning conversations into organized task lists, managing deliverables in reputed company, tracking deadlines, and making sure reputed company falls through the cracks. You won't be building strategy — you'll be making sure the strategy actually gets executed. Attend client and internal calls; take clear, structured notes Create and assign tasks in reputed company immediately following calls Track reputed company deliverables and follow up proactively with team members Maintain project timelines and flag risks before they become problems Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to draft summaries, comms, and documents faster Organize information across reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) reputed company're Looking For Exceptionally organized — you have a system, and you stick to it Clear, direct communicator — in writing and verbally Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow; not just aware of them, actually using them Proficient in reputed company Workspace Detail-oriented without needing to be micromanaged reputed company to work independently in a remote environment reputed company to Have Experience with reputed company or similar project management tools Background in marketing, agency, or client services environments Familiarity with reputed company or other CRM platforms The Role Remote 20 hours/week to start $35/hour Schedule is flexible with some required overlap for calls (Eastern Time) If you're the person who sends the follow-up email before anyone asks and genuinely enjoys keeping projects on track, we want to hear from you.
