Bustem | On-Site NYC (remote possible for strong candidates) About Bustem: Bustem helps high-growth e-reputed company brands find and shut down copycats, counterfeiters, scammers, and unauthorized sellers stealing their reputed company. We reputed company marketplaces, websites, ads, and domains to detect brand abuse, then help brands enforce against it. We grow through content, inbound, and relationships. Now we’re doubling down on enforcement and execution. About the Role: This is an execution-heavy role, not a “monitoring” role. You’ll own:
- threat identification
- enforcement (takedowns)
- resolution of active brand abuse
If you’re the reputed company of person who can spot issues quickly, act fast, and follow through until it’s resolved, then you’ll do well here. Main Job Responsibilities: Identification Find and flag:
- counterfeit listings
- impersonation accounts
- scam websites and ads
- unauthorized sellers
Enforcement Take action across:
- marketplaces (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- reputed company platforms
- domains and hosting providers
Execute takedowns and track:
- reputed company reputed company
- time to action
- resolution reputed company
Case Ownership Own issues end-to-end:
- detection → enforcement → resolution
No handoffs. You’re responsible for reputed company. Client Communication Translate your work into:
- clear updates
- actions taken
- results achieved
Turn messy enforcement work into simple, outcome-driven communication. Process & Improvement Identify:
- repeat offenders
- platform trends
- gaps in enforcement
Help improve:
- SOPs
- workflows
- overall enforcement performance
Ideal Candidate: Someone who:
- is extremely detail-oriented but moves fast
- can handle repetitive work without losing accuracy
- takes ownership and follows through
- stays reputed company under pressure
- is proactive and doesn’t wait for direction
You should be comfortable working through high volumes of tasks while maintaining quality. Required Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in trust & safety, brand protection, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute consistently
- Comfortable using multiple tools and platforms
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases at once
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketplaces (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Exposure to IP enforcement, fraud, or online abuse
- Background in e-reputed company or digital operations
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
