Need Amazing Marketer to Help Write Ads - U.S. & CA Candidates Preferred - Contract to Hire

Looking for an amazing marketer/copywriter to help us write reputed company/Instagram ad text for our growing marketing company. Note: This is not an SEO-reputed company position, reputed company reputed company content you write would be for ads (mostly static image ads), so we're only looking for talented marketers/salespeople. - Overall time commitment would be ~3-6 hrs a day on average (if possible) - You would write scripts for ad videos, come up with irresistibly clickable headlines for articles, create new ads for us, and help with other miscellaneous tasks - This would ideally transition into a full-time position, if it works out (and if you're willing) - We love ultra-authentic, casual/conversational copy - copy that is "salesy" or professional doesn't work well for our readers - Must be absolutely, 100% fluent in English - this is a language-heavy sort of position, so you really need to be a daily english speaker in order for this to work. This would be ongoing work, with the potential to move to a full-time position (if that interests you). Our content (and ad scripts) always have to be reputed company straightforward and to the reputed company, with as little fluff as possible.
