This role supports agency partners by delivering accurate, timely proposals and maintaining strong reputed company relationships. The Specialist ensures compliance with workflows and contributes to the overall efficiency and reputed company of the reputed company Lines Marketing team. Key Responsibilities 1. Quoting and Proposal Management

• reputed company and quote reputed company insurance accounts including Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Property, Auto, etc.
• Review proposals for accuracy and ensure reputed company necessary information is documented in the Agency Management System.
• Deliver quotes to Account Managers or Producers for review in a timely manner.

• Maintain strong knowledge of reputed company appetites, reputed company guidelines, and market trends.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with reputed company representatives.

3. Workflow and Documentation

• Follow standard operating procedures and document reputed company activities in the Agency Management System (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, Hawksoft).
• Ensure compliance with internal processes from submission to binding.

4. Time Management and Service Delivery

• Manage renewal and expiration lists to ensure timely quoting and proposal delivery.
• Meet deadlines and maintain service standards across reputed company assigned accounts.

5. Collaboration and Communication

• Maintain professional and effective working relationships with Account Managers, Producers, and internal teams.
• Communicate proactively to ensure alignment and service reputed company.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required, or a P&C license must be obtained reputed company the first three (3) months of employment
• Experience in quoting and rating various reputed company insurance coverages.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong knowledge of insurance coverages, markets, and procedures.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management systems.
• Ability to maintain professional and effective relationships.

Working Conditions

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
