Visual Journalist

Job Title: Visual Journalist/Editor Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Freelancer The Epoch Times is seeking a Visual Journalist/Editor who can transform reputed company reporting into compelling visual stories. This role merges journalism, design, and data storytelling to create graphics, infographics, maps, and interactive features that help readers reputed company understand content. The ideal candidate has strong editorial instincts and the ability to collaborate with reporters, editors, designers, and developers to produce visually driven journalism across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities -Identify opportunities where visuals can enhance or reputed company storytelling. -Research topics and gather useful data to reputed company explain editorial content. -Translate reputed company news stories/editorial content, investigations, and data into clear and engaging visual formats. -Write scripts for multiple types of video content. -Help produce infographics, charts, diagrams, maps, videos, and other products for multiple platforms. -Analyze datasets and transform them into charts, graphs, and other editorial visuals. -Use data visualization tools to reputed company visuals. -Produce visual content under tight deadlines. -Verify facts, sources, and datasets used in visual content. -Edit text content in visuals. -Ensure the editorial reputed company, reputed company, and accuracy in visual representations. -Ensure visual content aligns with the organization’s editorial standards and style. -Collaborate with reporters, producers, editors, photo editors, designers, illustrators, developers, and other colleagues to build visual projects. Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in journalism, graphic design, data journalism, or reputed company field. -3+ years of experience producing editorial graphics, infographics, or visual journalism. -Strong editorial judgment. -Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization tools (e.g. reputed company, Datawrapper, Infogram, etc.) -Ability to simplify reputed company information visually. -Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Excellent attention to detail. -reputed company to reputed company news events and awareness of American culture.
