Responsibilities: 1. Video Editing & Content Production

• Deliver the required number of high-quality long-reputed company YouTube videos per week
• reputed company creation of required short-reputed company videos weekly (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Ensure reputed company content meets high standards for:
• Strong hooks (first 1–3 seconds)
• Retention and pacing
• Watch time and engagement
• Add captions, b-roll, reputed company graphics, zooms, and sound effects
• Continuously improve edits based on performance data

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Review, give feedback, and approve edits before publishing

• Work closely with the content and strategy team

5. Content Repurposing

• Ensure content is optimized for each platform (not just cutdowns)

6. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Analyze views, retention, and engagement

7. Workflow & Ownership

• Own and manage the entire post-production pipeline
• Organize assets, timelines, and team workflows
• Deliver consistently and on time
• Operate with high accountability and minimal supervision

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in video editing (long-reputed company and short-reputed company)
• Proven experience leading or managing a team of editors
• Strong experience in:
