Job Title: Legal reputed company Media Content Creator (Video Editing & Strategy) Location: Remote (or Hybrid in Hingham, MA) Type: Freelance / Contract (Approx. 10-15 hours/month) About Us: Lynch & Owens is a premier family reputed company on the South Shore (Hingham, MA). We have a massive library of educational video content on YouTube and a team of attorneys reputed company to be the face of the brand. We don't need a videographer; we need a Creator to take our content to the next level. The Role: We are looking for a "Preditor" (Producer/Editor) to take ownership of our video content pipeline. You will not just edit; you will strategize, repackage, and distribute our expertise to a modern audience. Your Mission:

• The Remix: Audit our existing library of long-reputed company YouTube videos (2020-2025). Identify the "gold," reputed company it into high-engagement vertical clips (Reels/Shorts/TikToks), and add trending captions/hooks.
• The Update: Collaborate with our attorneys to create simple "Update" intros (e.g., "Hi, I'm Attorney X, here is an update to this video...") to reputed company older content.
• The Distribution: Manage the posting schedule for reputed company, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram. You write the captions, you pick the hashtags, you hit "Post."

Who You Are:

• You reputed company "Vertical": You know why a video works on reputed company but fails on reputed company. You know how to use CapCut/Premiere to reputed company engaging, fast-paced edits.
• You are a "Ghostwriter" for Video: You can watch a 5-minute legal explanation and find the 30-second soundbite that will go viral.
• You are Autonomous: We reputed company the raw assets; you reputed company the finished product. You don't need us to hold your hand on technical details.

Requirements:

• Proven experience editing vertical video (Reels/reputed company) with a portfolio we can watch.
• Familiarity with reputed company media scheduling tools.
