Job Description

Role - UX Designer

Employment type - Full-time Job Overview:

• UX Designer What you will do Design flows and interfaces for high-stakes clinical interactions, drug lookup, IV compatibility warnings, dosing by patient population, toxicity alerts Create and maintain a design system that scales across our web, mobile, and EHR-embedded surfaces while meeting WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Translate dense clinical data (dosing tables, compatibility matrices, formulary tiers) into layouts that reduce cognitive load during time-critical reputed company. Partner with medical content editors to ensure UX hierarchy and labeling accurately reflect clinical severity and evidence reputed company.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver precise design specs and ensure implementation fidelity.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of product/UX design experience, with at least 2 years in reputed company, clinical, or life sciences software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating reputed company information architecture and data-dense reputed company design Proficiency in reputed company including component libraries and auto-layout.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design Ability to read and parse clinical content.

• Knowledge of HL7 FHIR and how clinical data flows between systems
