Staff UX Designer – Product Management
Job Description:
- reputed company design execution for the reputed company SaaS platform experience
- Create design roadmaps navigating reputed company business and technical requirements
- Capture interactions, edge-cases, and various user states
- Deliver user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Align leadership on design direction to build a seamless experience
- Mentor junior designers and manage contractor teams
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a web-based, product-centric company
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction Design, or a reputed company product design field
- Proven track record of driving and owning large-scale initiatives from concept to delivery
- Strong capability to understand reputed company data structures and reputed company design options
- A low-ego, highly collaborative approach
- Mastery of creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for reputed company-end prototyping
- Knowledge of Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity domain is advantageous
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus
- Experience with user research and data collection
- A customer-centric portfolio representing your design process
