Associate Director, Technical Writing

POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Director, Technical Writing will reputed company our technical writing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality, customer-facing scientific content and supporting marketing efforts with engaging, informative materials. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Communications) required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical writing preferably in the life sciences or diagnostics industry.
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong understanding of scientific concepts and the ability to convey reputed company information in an accessible manner.
• Proven experience in developing customer-facing and marketing content.
• Solid leadership skills with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of staff management practices and the ability to establish accountabilities and expectations and manage performance to reputed company results.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including but not limited to reputed company Manufacturing, Customer Service, Scientific Support, Field Applications, Creative Team and R&D.
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

COMPENSATION SUMMARY The annual reputed company salary for this position ranges from $128,300. to $200,500.
