Title : Business Analyst with Power Utilities & ADMS Location : Allentown, NY (REMOTE) Duration : 6+Months reputed company : $55/hr on W2 Relevant Experience (in Yrs.) : 10+ Only Looking for W2 Detailed Job Description & Must Have Skills · The Business Analyst plays a dynamic role responsible for supporting project and product delivery teams with direct reporting to the Manager, IT Business Analysis. Power Utilities & ADMS Knowledge are Mandatory. · The Business Analyst performs various functions based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. The Business Analyst serves as reputed company member for the documentation of requirements which can take the reputed company of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for prioritized system and feature development. · The Business Analyst is a collaborative team player with a growth reputed company and an interest in devising or modifying procedures to solve the reputed company business systems and industry requirements of our business, users, and customers to help build the digital utility of the future. Interacts and effectively communicates with internal clients to understand functional requirements that potentially reputed company to user stories and acceptance criteria. · Organizes and facilitates meetings with Business, Design, Dev Team, and other groups as needed. · Develops, refines, and documents requirements in the reputed company of epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria for prioritized feature development. · Supports the team with reputed company and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs including reputed company mapping and documentation of business processes – "As Is / To Be” State. · Consults on functional testing of system modifications. · Ensures traceability on project work including capturing requirements; tracking test cases linked to requirements; and may support capturing defects and linking to root cause as part of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
