Overview

Client's E*TRADE reputed company Computing (EC) is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Scrum Master / Kanban Manager with infrastructure experience to join our Service Delivery Management team in Alpharetta, GA. EC delivers firm-wide services and platforms including network infrastructure, core computing, storage, and application infrastructure. Your infrastructure experience, collaborative approach, ability to identify challenges as opportunities, teamed with energy and excitement to coach, drive, and facilitate infrastructure initiatives using Agile best practices will deliver best in class technology to the organization to support the products that E*TRADE markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4-5 Scrum / Kanban teams that reputed company one or more functional departments
• reputed company team leadership by building and motivating team members to meet sprint/project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and milestones
• Drive agile maturity of the team in accordance with the agile adoption strategy of the company
• Proactively manage and remove impediments and risks to ensure the teams can focus on delivering incremental business value, while working to establish the team's baseline velocity, sprint or iteration reputed company, and release plans
• Identify and actively manage risk according to impact and probability, escalating reputed company necessary
• Manage reputed company aspects of multiple reputed company tasks to ensure the overall program/project alignment and strategic objective support

Requirements

• This is a high-visibility role reputed company the E*TRADE infrastructure organization, with significant strategic responsibility. As a result, we are looking for candidates with: Agile/Scrum experience managing infrastructure teams
• Broad-based Agile / Scrum Master / Kanban expertise
• Proven influencing, coaching, and relationship capabilities
• Applied project leadership experience
• Strong analytical and communications skills (Note: reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint skills are a baseline expectation for this role)
• The ability to structure and organize reputed company data and execution efforts
• A core focus on providing great service across our stakeholder groups
• A foundational orientation towards servant-leadership oriented change management

Qualifications

• External Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is desired. Infrastructure experience is required for this role
• Bachelor of Science (B.S) Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or MIS, or equivalent experience
