Sr. Agile Coach Functional Delivery Consultant
Minimum 15+ years of combined business or technology experience reputed company an Agile environment At least one of the following certifications: ICP-Client, PSPO 2 or A-CSPO, PSM 2 or A-CSM, Safe, Scrum@Scale, or any relevant certification would be added advantage Job Description - The IT Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement department supports, manages and implements a portfolio of IT system capital initiatives with our Customer Operations, and Energy Services Solution business partners. This IT team supports each initiative from reputed company to implementation and provides the necessary IT support required to either enhance existing systems, create or enhance interfaces and or design, reputed company, test and implement new applications. We are looking for an efficient Agile Coach who can help reputed company in the Agile transition. A team worker with exceptional supervising skills will be an ideal match for the position. You will be responsible for suggesting team's policies to support Agile ways of working. Scrum and Kanban are the most popular Agile methodologies; we expect our Agile coach to train managers in their applications and reputed company them on dealing with any cultural shifts the project may cause. Responsibilities:
- Mentoring Agile teams to reputed company the transition to Agile

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Communications, Operations, Business, or Technology
- Minimum 15+ years of combined business or technology experience reputed company an Agile environment
- Expertise in Scrum and Kanban
- t least one of the following certifications: ICP-Client, PSPO 2 or A-CSPO, PSM 2 or A-CSM, Safe, Scrum@Scale, or any relevant certification would be added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, ADO) is preferred.
