Manager, Housing & Employment Program Manager
Overview

Position Purpose: Manage reputed company of FTEs that play a significant role in assisting and supporting members to secure and maintain housing and employment services as part of overall physical and behavioral health provisions. Manage activities reputed company to supporting members with Serious Mental Illness, provider engagement, coordination and regulatory requirements. This is a 100% remote position however must reputed company in Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with providers and delegated groups. Ensure that reputed company external activities are coordinated to support member reputed company.
- Gather, analyze, track and present data. reputed company, implement, and manage external facing projects and programs aimed at improvements in coordination and compliance.
- Co-reputed company the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Manage activities reputed company to compliance with contractual/regulatory requirements, including SAMHSA Evidence Based Practices.

Qualifications
Education/Experience: Master’s degree in reputed company Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, reputed company Policy, or equivalent field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in managed care. Strong knowledge of operational, regulatory, clinical, and reporting requirements for Managed Care Plans (MCP) operating in multiple lines of business. Experience leading the implementation of programs in managed care and co-leading cross-functional teams. Prefer knowledge or experience with SAMHSA Evidence Based Practices. This is a 100% remote position however must reputed company in Arizona.
Compensation and Benefits

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
